Expert Tip #2: Don’t Let Arnona Surprise You
Two apartments, same size — but one comes with double the city tax. Why? Could be the building’s age, the street it’s on, or even how it’s zoned.
Before you fall in love with a place, ask to see the latest Arnona bill. Neighborhoods like Talbieh or Baka tend to run high, while others (hello, parts of Arnona and San Simon) are a lot friendlier on your wallet.
It’s one of those things buyers often overlook… until that first bill shows up.
Let us help you catch the fine print before you sign.
