Bites of JLM - Spotlight on Miluimnik Businesses 🍴

If you haven't tried HolySmokes JLM yet, you're missing out. This miluimnik-run business from Jerusalem makes some of the best spicy meat snacks around. Their artisan jerky is flavorful, tender, and packed with just the right amount of heat, and the salami sticks are equally delicious. Whether you're looking for a satisfying snack during the week or want to upgrade your kiddush spread, HolySmokes JLM is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended!

We’ve written about BrewSalem Coffee before, but big news - they’re officially certified Mehadrin by the Vaad HaKashrut of Ramat Beit Shemesh! Level up your morning cup with their signature cold brew, or snag some of their delicious syrups to add extra pizzaz to your afternoon pick me up.

Love our newsletter? Tell your friends and we’ll hook you up with the ultimate Jerusalem foodie cheat sheet, so you can finally stop “umming” and “ahhing” over where to eat. Share the love, get the list, and thank us later (preferably with leftovers).
