🔎Buyer Beware: 10 Real Estate Myths Busted
What every buyer in Jerusalem needs to know (but no one tells you).
💥MYTH #1: If I love the apartment, I’m good to go.
Reality: In Jerusalem, you’re not just buying the four walls — you’re buying into a building. That includes the va’ad bayit (building committee), the condition of the structure, and the overall vibe. A dreamy unit in a neglected building or with tense neighbors can become a real nightmare.

What to check:
☑️ Is there an active, responsible va’ad bayit?
☑️ Any upcoming building-wide renovations or assessments?
☑️ Is the building legally registered (Tabu vs. Minhal)?
👉 We vet the full building, not just the apartment
