Shalom friends,
Welcome to the 196 new subscribers who joined us this past week, we’re so glad you’re here!
This week has been a heavy one in Jerusalem. I'm currently abroad, but my heart has been pulled home in a way I didn’t expect. I wrote a short reflection on everything I’ve been feeling, from missing Israel, to thinking about my friend Omer Neutra who’s body is still being held hostage in Gaza.
You can read it here. It’s raw and real and I’d love for you to check it out.
As always, if you’re enjoying the newsletter or have ideas for how we can make it better, just hit reply. I read every message.
And if you’re a business looking to reach 5,000+ English speakers in Jerusalem, we’d be happy to chat about sponsorship opportunities 🙂

📉 Expert Tip #3: The Best Deals Never Make It Online (At Least Not Right Away)
Think that price drop you spotted on a listing was a win? Truth is, the best deals happen before they ever hit the websites.
Sellers often decide to drop their price weeks before it gets updated online — and by then, you’re already late to the party.
As local agents, we hear about price shifts early — especially in situations like delayed aliyah, inheritance sales, or quiet divorces. That’s when we connect motivated sellers with serious buyers… before anyone else even knows a deal’s in play.
👉 want early access to these quiet opportunities? We’ve got you covered. Subscribe to our newsletter here to stay in the loop about new apartments on the market!
